was once partnered up with another student named Lambrose in the sixth grade to work on a project for class.  We were both very creative, artistic, and eager to do well on this project.  The goal was to convey our expertise knowledge of ancient Rome by building models and drawings of certain architectures of that time period.

We were so excited to be working on this that we even visited the neighborhood public library for materials because the school library was lacking what we were exactly looking for.  We pondered through shelves and shelves of books which contained various pictures and drawings of ancient Rome until we honed in on one stack of books.

It came time to borrow the books out of the library, and I realized that I had forgotten my library card.  Lambrose hesitantly used his card, and we carried away our stack of books.  It was obvious he was not sure whether or not to let me bring any books home, therefore I picked out only one book out of the stack.  He made me promise him that I would not return the book late.  Some may call him overly nervous, maybe even anal.  Who knows?  But, it sure marked the beginning of fun-free adolescence.  I do not really know, but we’ve all had friends like this.

Oh well.  Anyway, seems to be that Lambrose was correct in his assumption.  I think that I was late returning the book.  No.  Actually, I still have the book.
